1General Provisions

q9bet (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and q9bet.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on q9bet, you must be at least 21 years old. For ages 21+ — use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may ask for identification to verify your age at the time of registration.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts is considered a punishable offence and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also considered a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed at any time. If your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

q9bet conducts identity verification to prevent fraud and ensure security. Before a withdrawal, or in any case of suspected suspicious activity, we may request the following documents:

• Proof of ownership of the payment method

3Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. q9bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

3.1 Account Sharing Prohibited

Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

q9bet supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the method and account level.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met
• Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification is not complete

4.4 Transaction Review

q9bet reserves the right to review any transaction and request additional verification if needed. Suspicious financial activity may result in a transaction being held pending further investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

q9bet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once per registered individual
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time after claiming the bonus
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering, or may only contribute partially
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus
• q9bet reserves the right to cancel or modify a bonus in specific circumstances

5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Commitment to Fair Play

All games on the q9bet platform are operated in a fair and transparent environment. We use software from certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) that are independently verified.

6.2 Betting Rules

6.4 Service Disruptions

Temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. q9bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues in a timely manner, but will not be held liable for any loss resulting from a disruption.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q9bet platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Conducting money laundering or illegal transactions
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts using the same payment method
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour

If there is evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, q9bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where applicable.

12Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by the User

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any active bonus-free balance.

12.2 Termination by q9bet

In the event of a breach of terms, q9bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.

12.3 Changes to Terms

q9bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for important changes. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
